What We Bake
Every loaf and every donut is mixed, shaped, and finished in small batches — no shortcuts, no fillers, just good ingredients given time.

Brioche donuts piped full and finished by hand — Boston cream, maple-bacon, and a rotating cast of seasonal flavors.

Our Story
In 2018, Heather Miller tasted real artisan sourdough in a little bakery in Ireland — and never looked back. Seven years of practice later, what began at the Watford City farmers market has become Miller Dough: bread and pastries good enough to share with the whole community.
